Flores’ colleagues call him the “fashion guru,” and his
customers love his taste and enthusiasm. Josef, who for the
past 22 years has had the unique position of salesman in the
ladies’ department, and now buyer, loves the unusual. He spots
one-of-a-kind fashions on the runways and in showrooms,
traveling extensively, including two trips a year to New York.
“The first thing I do when I get off the plane is hit the
stores,” he says. “It is really exciting to see how other
retailers display and sell their goods.” Besides being Harolds’
fashion guru, he loves decorating for Christmas. He starts
decorating in October, he has to he decorates six Christmas
trees, and doesn’t stop until his annual Christmas Party which
is a favorite of his fellow employees and customers alike.
