Johnny
Mykoff, the manager of Harolds' shoe department for the last 12
years, says that after working for his family most of his life,
Harolds was an easy transition. "It's very much like my mom and
dad's store." Johnny's family has been in the shoe business
since the 1920s, but his avocation outside of work is
photography. It all started as a hobby and has evolved into
various galleries around the country showcasing his work.
Johnny travels all over the country taking photos and turns them
into pieces of art on canvas. His specialty is orchids, which
he actually grows himself. Next to the shoe business
photography is his second love!
